The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 71(3)(a) read with sections 73 and 80(2) of the NEM:WA, given notice of her intention to make the amendments to the Waste Tyre Regulations, 2009, as set out in this notice.
 
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations as to the proposed amendments within 30 days of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 12 September 2016).
